FERROCAM carries out maintenance and retrofit of equipment, machines, and lifting tools of both machines of its own production and ones produced by other companies.
Regular and mandatory maintenance service contracts are available for our Customers.
Lifting tools are subject to severe controls by qualified engineers and technicians according to the periodicity needed. During the quality check after 3 years of supply tools are completely dismounted to allow NDT and the full revision of all parts. If any problem is encountered, we proceed with the maintenance.
Finally, the originally painted parts are sandblasted and repainted, and tools are reassembled and retested.
The safety notice, the identification, and capacity labels are checked and, in case, restored. Reports and documentation revisions are drawn up.
